Objectifs
This course gives students the opportunity to increase knowledge and hone skills for project management in an international context, completing projects on time and on budget while giving the user the product they expect. The students will
acquire knowledge of the basics of international project management and apply it through hands-on application exercises.
The objectives of this course are:
to acquire an understanding of the key terms, definitions, and concepts used in project management
to know the history of project management and understand the similarities and differences between waterfall and agile approaches
to understand how to implement effective project management practices: scope, schedule, budget, risk planning
to know basics of team collaboration dynamics and management
to understand the collaboration dynamics involved with project management in an international context, namely language and cultural diversity and remote collaboration
